- Control all quality process in factory from beginning to final._x000b_- Responsible for all the QA/QC functions in the relevant section._x000b_- Coordinate with production team to solve and improve quality issues._x000b_- Set up the defect goals & checking plan for unfinished and finished garments in-line and end-line._x000b_- Implement/ follow up quality improvements initiatives._x000b_- Co-ordinate with factories and merchandising team to arrange the inspection schedule_x000b_- Provide technical advice and support on all quality assurance issues e.g. corrective and preventive action plans to meet quality standards and performance._x000b_- Make quality report and support for QA manager..._x000b_* Working at each factories: Minh Anh Kim Lien, Minh Anh Do Luong, Thanh Chuong _x000b_- Hansae Vinh office : 4Floor, Ecocity Tower, 05 Nguyen Trai street, Bau Quan Ward, Vinh city, Nghe An

- Prefer Bachelor of Garment Technical or relevant degree (clothing technology, quality engineering, textiles or similar related subjects)._x000b_- Fluent in English written and spoken._x000b_- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)_x000b_- Pattern and garment construction knowledge for both woven and knit_x000b_- Ability to find faults and knowledge of corrective measures_x000b_- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing Processes and it’s quality requirements/ standards_x000b_- Capability in production co-ordination and all aspects in inspection planning, procedures and standards_x000b_- Ability to approve samples (photo, size set, pre-production)_x000b_- Proactive and sense of responsibility_x000b_- Ability to work individually and in group._x000b_- Positive thinking and high responsibility._x000b_- Hard working.
